BOSTON (CBS) ? As New England struggles to shrug off the effects of the recession, Boston?s innovation economy is growing and creating hundreds of new jobs. That was one of the focuses of the WBZ Business Breakfast on Innovation and Investment.
Featured speakers were Flybridge Capital Partners General Partner, Jeff Bussgang; the Chief Mentorship Officer of MassChallenge, Karl Buttner: the Co-Founder of performance clothing start-up Ministry of Supply, Kit Hickey; the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Tech company Locately, Drew Volpe; and the Co-Founder of the Cambridge Innovation Center; Tim Rowe.
